Your modules in the Entrepreneurship online study programme
"Trust yourself, be your own boss" is the motto of our Bachelor's in Entrepreneurship. In the course of your studies, you will not only acquire entrepreneurial basics, methods and applications, but also an attitude of self-efficacy, i.e. the "entrepreneurial mindset" to shape your own future. The curriculum focuses on entrepreneurial projects that give your studies maximum practical relevance from the first semester onwards. You have the opportunity to deepen your application knowledge in four emerging areas of entrepreneurship, depending on your own interests: In Digital Entrepreneurship, Social Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Entrepreneurship or Intrapreneurship.
Our Bachelor's programme has a modular structure, i.e. you study based on subject areas that are divided into so-called modules. After successfully completing the modules, you will be credited with ECTS points (European Credit Transfer System), which document your achievements. These ECTS points are internationally comparable and, of course, recognised.
Connect theory to practice with the Bachelor Entrepreneurship
Our online Entrepreneurship programme is strongly application-based and practice-oriented: The programme teaches you a variety of basics and additionally focuses on your own entrepreneurial project experience. These projects start in the first semester and continue throughout your entire course. You will learn methodical and practical skills in the areas of business idea development, start-up financing and business model development. This will prepare you for a successful career as an entrepreneur or company founder.

Study model and prices for the Bachelor's online study programme in Entrepreneurship
Depending on your personal or professional situation, full-time study is not always easy to manage. That is why we have also developed part-time programmes for all our degrees, which offer flexible and longer study periods. This way, you can study alongside your job or during your time off, whether at home or abroad. The content of the different models is identical. Depending on the study model, we will adjust your tuition fees accordingly. With the part-time variants, your weekly study workload is reduced.
Can't finish your degree in the allotted time? No problem! We will develop the right study model for everyone. If you realise that you need more time, you can easily switch to another study model with three months’ notice before the end of the month. These are our different study models:

Have you already completed a training course, studied at a university or gained work experience? Then you have the opportunity to get your previous achievements recognised. By doing so, you save time and tuition fees – namely €30 per recognised ECTS point.

Send an email to study@iu.org to find out which previous achievements you can get recognised. Make sure you send your application before the end of your 1-month trial. You can get your previous achievements recognised during your studies. However, we can no longer grant you a cost reduction after the end of the trial month.
