Online master’s programme in Project Management: course overview
In this programme, you learn about methods of project management, management of project requirements as well as strategic decisions of management and leadership. In addition, you acquire skills in the areas of change management, agility, conversation and creative working methods. You analyse and evaluate the success of your projects and apply your knowledge during a simulation project.
The honing of international competences is also part of the curriculum. Additionally, you get to choose two electives such as working on a management project, studying methods such as Scrum or Prince2 or learning about cyber crime.
Online master’s programme in Project Management: from theory to practice
Your online master’s programme in Project Management is as practice-oriented as possible. Projects and simulations allow you to develop your practical skills, softskills and knowledge of certain tools. Your curriculum also includes internationally recognised standards such as SCRUM, Prince2 or PMI.
Study model and prices for the Master's online study programme in Project Management
Depending on your personal or professional situation, full-time study is not always easy to manage. That is why we have also developed part-time programmes for all our degrees, which offer flexible and longer study periods. This way, you can study alongside your job or during your time off, whether at home or abroad. The content of the different models is identical.
